Okayyy, I tell ya what, the breakfast buffet was somethin’ else! Roomy capsules accommodated my suitcase with ease. Loved the clean PJs each day, and the onsen was a cute little spot to unwind after all that skiing. Just wish folks were a bit quieter at night.

Serene stay with warming sauna

The highlight of my stay was definitely the sauna, a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Coupled with a spacious communal area, I felt right at home.

While the hotel was mostly quiet, I did notice minimal noise insulation between rooms, making it easy to hear others at night. Fortunately, the hotel supplied earplugs that helped ease the discomfort.

The rooms are comfy and spacious for pods. They're really clean. Loved the great breakfast and easy access to free shuttles for skiing. Just wish some guests were more considerate about noise in the dorms.

During my stay, I found the noise insulation between rooms to be inadequate, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I also had some issues with the laundry area, which felt cramped and was tough to navigate with my dirty clothes after a busy day outside. Additionally, there was a lack of air conditioning in my pod, causing discomfort when the temperatures rose during the day.

while the free shuttle bus is a nice idea, it was totally mis-timed, leaving me stranded after a long journey. Also, the common toilet sinks barely work. it’s truly a disgrace! as a favor, I woudl ve been grateful for an upgrade, but I guess some guests are just more equal than others. heartbreaking, really.

The facilities are fantastic for bike riders with secure storage and easy access to repair tools. The location is perfect, just a short ride to the mountains and next to convenient shopping options like Max Value. The room is spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after long rides.

This was just an appropriate option for a short-term stay in Kutchan with good value for cost. I found the facilities extremely clean and the staff were really helpful with suggestions for local dining. Be sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance to avoid waiting times.
